When I was a member ages ago for a very brief period - maybe even before you joined - we praised and sought after and posted pure beauty my brother. Women you could wife.
Tiara, Lizette Bordeaux, Nicole Ricca, Karin Taylor, Entice, Neferiti Shepard ...
....I feel like the black gold standard had this quantum shift. For decades was Jet Beauty of the Week, Pam Grier, Halle Berry types were prototypes ... then sometime around the time of Buffie (I think who was natural) and the explosion of 'Urban Modeling' (Which generally was code for stripper who wants to model or overweight woman who can't find work in the other mainstream mediums) became the focus.
This progressed into Pebbelz, CoCo and Kim Khardasian where the BIGGER (emphasis on bigger) and MORE FAKE PARTS they had, the more they were praised and in demand. Instagram and Twitter made things even worse. You have women who classify themselves as Instagram Model? WTF?!
Only making things worse were acceptance of tattoos. No, not a few cute ones ... I'm talking drunken sailor, "I get one in every port" tattoos all over the place. Neck, arms, chest, even face.
Now these women look like freak shows. Anatomically impossible skinny waist and flat stomaches, huge yak asses, pencil stick legs and calves, caked up make-up, eyelashes that can scrape the face of the person next to them if you stand too close, and more graffiti on their body then a 1980's NYC Subway car.
The gods have smiled upon thee because I knew nothing of this post.

In all fairness it's a 5 year old thread and we usually call em out if they bump them archives. Mr. Del didn't know the context for the bump.
