If he's making millions and needed advances and loans, what makes you think he wouldn't take loans and advances on the 400 thousand?

exactly and if y\all did you would see that he was over a million in debt.
so that 400k over 50 years would mean he would still be bringing in annual revenue.
that would be harder to do especially if he already had advances and loans...
and if the annuity was designed to prevent that.

Agreed. But your management skills become WAY more conservative as you get older.
There's a huge difference between collecting money at age 25 than at age 50 and you're staring at retirement age.
