What I said is, there is a reason why the teams who offered deals for him, pulled them back, and none of us know the reason why...

Not that I agree with the move, but NFL owners do everything to minimize any liability. And after the whole Aaron Hernandez fiasco and the negative PR hit the Patriots took, few owners are willing to take a risk on a player they feel could damage the organization whether they have proof of any criminal activity or not.
Players' Instagram accounts don't help their cause when they post pics of them with dudes who have Instagram accounts where you can infer illegal activities. Not saying this is the case with Jackson, but it happens. Social media is the tool most organizations use these days to track personnel.

Truthfully, I do believe they had some concerns about some shit, and probably tried to leverage that shit to force him to restructure his contract, sort of how they did Vick last year. I believe this shit was going on during the latter part of the season, which is why Desean mentioned his contract after the season ended...
I think he told them he knew is worth on the field and to go fuck themselves, and they tried to move him. Once other teams saw how weak their position was, they pulled their offers figuring they could get him for cheaper in the open market...
He might take a pay cut early, but a hungry Desean can be a monster, and if he goes to the right team (Carolina, NE, Denver) with a quality QB and offense, he will get that bread back and then some...

Only thing I don't get how did they ride out with Riley Cooper after that shit? He wasn't even no Pro Bowler at the time. And shit still ain't one. If Eagirls were consistent and had cut Riley Cooper I would've been with them. Even a player of his caliber.
