Dyson vacuums - WORTH IT!

Last week Amazon was selling the Dyson V15 for $599 (Regular price $750). With some other discounts through AMEX and Amazon. I was able to get it down to $514 delivered. I really wasn't sure if it was worth it at $514, much less the regular $750. So I looked at these two reviewers (Project Farm is awesome btw) and they both had really good things to say about it.

yo this shit is definitely worth the money. This thing catches so much dirt that my old Shark would leave behind. When I emptied the canister I was shocked at how tiny dust particles it was sucking up out of the carpet and how much it added up too. One of the criticisms of the vacuum was the battery life, but I was able to clean 4 rooms using max power. :dunno:

Right now it's up to $699, but if it drops below $550 again.. I would definitely consider getting it. It'll probably be back down to that price by the holiday season.

No shit I’ve had mine for 10 years it never loses suction just like the man in the commercial said. It’s mad powerful and sucks up anything like the day I got it. I got wood floors but it’s good for other stuff too. In fact I have two Dysons, the small jawn and the big dog

I've been looking for a vacuum for months but I don't want none of the plastic new shit unless it's a commercial dirt devil or a old fashion metal joing with the removable bags in the back with a cord longer than the Gold gate bridge like my grandma had that would suck up everything including the thread from the carpet. But I only seen Sanitiare and Oreck is the only thing close to that but they are priced at 300-800 and before the year is up I might have to just buy one.

I don't want none of that new shit, where putting it together is like building legos and it works til it doesn't and you need a replacement part that cost as much as you paid for the vacuum....then it's sitting outside on the curb for the trashman

I got the Dyson animal ball joint about 6-7 years ago... Tough muthafucka, use it damn near everyday and it's been great. I didnt know when I first opened the box. It was more plastic than I expected. But it's been a workhorse. We have an Alaskan Malamute and a Chocolate lab running around. Cheaper vacuums wouldve been waved the white flag.

I have the v10 and v11. Both of them are beasts but ever since I got my ecovac I only use them for areas it can't get to. Fucking robot will vacuum for hours. There's really no way to compete with it. I spent a grip on it but will never complain. I also like that it has a camera and patrol settings. Fuck the 8 minute flight time ring drone. Of course if ring had a drone that could do multiple floors and had 30+ minutes of flight time, I'd be saying something different.

Yeah I just bought the V15 a few weeks ago about the same price from Best Buy. Yeah that joint is no joke
