Dwyane Wade is a dad again.
The Miami Heat star, who proposed to actress Gabrielle Union over the holidays, fathered a third son during the couple's recent breakup, Entertainment Tonight is reporting.
Sources say that Wade recently visited his new son and the child’s mother, who the baller has known for years.
Wade and Union, who began dating in 2009, have both been very open about their brief split, saying that it was due to their demanding work schedules.
"A celebrity relationship is very hard," Wade recently told Jay Leno. "This was a big year for us in our relationship from the standpoint of she was shooting her show Being Mary Jane… I was dealing with my injuries, trying to win a championship."
It’s being reported that Union was aware of Wade’s new son before she accepted his pre-holiday proposal and that the pair worked through their issues. Wade has full custody of his two sons, Zion and Zaire, with his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches. He is also raising his nephew Dahveon.
