I don't think black panther will get a stand alone film. I don't think black audiences will turn out in Madea like numbers or fan boys either for T'challa. Best option to slip him into the Avenger films as he is responsible for Captain America's shield and his character is stealthy and mysterious

Naw, Spawn came out a year before blade and was pretty successful too, Xmen is what really brought back the super hero craze, if anything Blade resurrected Vampire films like Underworld and all the shitty movies like twilight with it
