I've seen that happen to a pizza delivery dude and a street vendor in Philly in broad daylight during a youth rally.
Both times cats walked off with food while dude is trying to hold a conversation and the only way he knows he got took was some big mofos running up, "who giving out free food" - pizza dude got strong armed for the rest of his pizzas and the street vendor got mobbed by 100 teenagers snatching shit off his cart, they didn't beat him knocked his wife over in the lawn chair tho, some dude backed cats down and just walked the vendor off to the side and told him not to fight it. The pushed dude's cart all the way down the street, cooking shit on the way until everything was gone.
