i agree it seems he was a little quick to hit her with the juice , but on the flip side , have you every tried to cuff someone who does not want to be cuffed ??? i dont care how many cops you got the shit aint easy and the person usually winds up with a broken bone or some other injury. this was not excessive. i do think they were quick to react and could have tried to talk to her at first , since they had her in a controlled situation. then if that did not work the tazer is better than getting jumped and twisted up.

They could have even opted to let her handle the woman since she was yelling "You can't touch me your a man!". I'm sure they had the female officer there for a reason such as this to help deter some belligerent behavior.
I mean is a beat down always necessary for restraint. I like to think cops can improvise better than that and can handle situations better but time and time again it just seems to always get out of hand.

ol boy did not give them a chance , and i dont blame them for trying to get out of the way. if anyone is wrong here it is the cop with the tazer and the chick under arrest. i understand where you are coming from with your points, but i have been in situations many times trying to cuff a person who does not want to be cuffed, and in the insuing struggle someone always winds up fucked up. police use the tazer so that injuries dont happen. no one could predict that she would hit her head on the chair. i think the one cop was quick to act, but i dont see excessive force here. looking at the vid and looking at the 2 officers in the room and there body language i dont think they were going to engage the woman with force at that time. they acted as if they were gonna talk to her , but the other guy took it to another level , and we dont know why.
