Where’s the funeral? Where’s the body? Where’s the witnesses in “Harlem” on Halloween night that seen either him get shot or an ambulance pick up the body in front of that precinct? Why was the guy they arrested for it case dismissed and released?

Alpo isn't that big for the feds to come up with such an over-the-top, elaborate plan. When they could have simply said he had a stroke and died for half the price of a fake shooting in the middle of the city, and yet no one would have questioned it.
Matter of fact, nobody was checking Alpo like that, because in the hood, after 10, the shit is played out, and all the guys who were on your ass are usually dead or in jail.
With the Feds it’s simple. They are obligated to make you disappear. That’s the agreement.
