There are rappers and then there are Jedi Rappers. Drake thought he had an easy mark in Pusha T. He didnt do his research thoroughly enough. Pusha been rollin deep with lyricist since the beginning. You have be an assassin lyrically to fuck with any of those rappers from that era and prior. The only thing saving these bubblegum assed rappers today is the "marketing machine". True talent is shelved and spoon fed until needed to spark a buzz.

Actually Drake knew who he was fucking with. Pusha’s been going at Drake for years and none of it phased Drake.
Drake’s issue was his response record “Duppy” when he mentioned Pusha’s fiancés name. Before that, Pusha rapped about rap related issues when it came to Drake. And probably would’ve continued that.
Once Drake took it to a personal level and mentioned family, it was a wrap.
That was Drake’s mistake.
Drake made it personal and caught feelings when Push beat him at his own game. Stop whining and move on. All this coppin pleas in interviews, instead of clapping back with bars is mad lame. Fuck outta here.

Pusha went in on everyone from his son to mother and father.....that was ok but talking about his cac producer crossed the line? He a deadbeat dad for real lol.
