It's interesting. When the song came out folks thought the lack of a legal response validated the fact that it was truthful. Here we are months later and low and behold he's suing stating the fact that it's not true and here it comes.....defamed him publicly. It's been months and and how much data do you think his attorney's have accumulated proving that he's been harmed socially and financially? That's the thing about a defamation case. You have to be be able to prove harm? I think that's pretty easy to prove at this point. The question is whether Kendrick can prove he's a "certified pedophile". That may not be as easy to prove from a legal standpoint. Drake and his team clearly KNOWS something because they waited so long to respond.
Let's put this in perspective. Let's say Kendrick is unable to prove, from a legal standpoint, that Drake's a certified pedophile. The financial hit would be devastating. It could be as if he didn't earn one dollar for that sh**. Rich people games for sure.
