There are a lot of educated people on this board and I knew somebody would reveal it. The things you've said are brutally true. For instance, just to get the authorization to 'build' the school is going to be more than a weak ass 1million. How do i know? I've worked on multi million dollar projects. The highest was about 785 million and a 350 million hospital. There has to be sustainment and logistics out the ass and it's not cut and dry lets go build this. Also the curriculem's build is tough. It's not like you throw some shit together and you good to go. Maybe that alone would run a million. Then you have to have educators, certified which as we said in the military must be forcast for out years. Say 3-5 years with streams of income unless given grants by the state, government, donators, etc. I think what Umar was trying to do was noble but he didn't think it through. I didn't know all that info about psychologist though. I think he will be fine but still, he needs to do better. Is he a fraud? If he took their money and used it for other purposes, yes. He definitely misguided
