For those that don't understand IPs, I can't do an IP ban in many cases or anyone who lives in the same area and uses the same ISP will not be able to access the board either, as those addresses are rotated at whatever interval the service decides.

And in the case of people using AOL, you could live on the other side of the country, but if someone in NY has his AOL IP banned, you aren't going to be able to get on the board either, just like some cats in TX, AK, MN, or whereever who also uses AOL; you all could have the exact same IP address at the same time.

All that to say, believe us when we say we got this. I've been doing this for a long time, and slipped up a couple of times to learn how to do this right.

How can you say you "got this" when the motherfucker keeps coming back making new screennames after every ban? He'll be back today and his bullshit will go on another few months before he gets banned again and then comes back again...Last verse same as the first. Whats the purpose of a ban?
