I just watched this video last week and he mentioned feeling under the weather and feeling fatigued from a recent event. He said that he needed some rest but he continued on with contributing to this lecture, he was engaging, but his normal humor, etc. was missing. He was planning on returning to Egypt this month, I think, with another group.

My condolences go out to his family, his loved ones, friends, and fans.
