Dr. Claud Anderson: “Obama has been like Clarence Thomas in the White House”

He's a charismatic black man. A good number of black voters couldn't tell you about his policies, they voted for him because he was black and charismatic. Cacs do the same thing with white candidates. They did it with 'I can drink a beer with him' Bush.

I don't really see his diehard supporters saying he was militant. They were the ones who for 8 years said he was president of all of America.

the difference is that the white candidates will create policy to help the white constituents. Obama did the same for whites, immigrants, law enforcement (that probably voted for Romney and McCain), and his preferred group - LGBT. He did nothing specifically for empowerment to the so-called black community and it needs to be called out because the majority of so-called black voters are ignorant and/or apathetic.

The ignorant now want a repeat of it with Joe Biden? :smh:

Since 2008, there has been a plot to take black academics and commentators, that were weapons for white supremacists off of their platforms such as Fox, CNN – Boyce Watkins, PBS, and move them to YouTube where they receive generous support financially. This is to make their opinions appear independent of their white master.

symbolic victories... the main issue we still have today but with social media, we're seeing it better now.

I expect Net Neutrality to come very soon, especially if the Dems take that L to Trump.. too much info being shared causing too many issues.

Barack Hussein Obama was the 44th President of the United States period. He was not a "Great Black Hope" or a prophet and I don't know of many people who thought he was. Only the mentally challenged and haters categorize him as being such or thought he should have been. :hmm:

:itsawrap: :itsawrap::itsawrap:

To be fair, EVERYONE on BGOL seemed to love Byron Allen's Breakfast Club interview. In that interview, even Byron Allen had criticisms of Obama's administration in regards to their lack of a Black agenda.

With that being said, Obama was put in an impossible situation. No matter what he did, people would not be happy. I believe he chose what he felt was the best route to get other minorities a shot at the White House. In doing so, he had to make his moves for the Black community covertly under the guise of "diversity and inclusion."

There was no “impossible situation” which is being proven wrong by trump. Can’t say “the POTUS has no power” for 8 years then say “nobody can stop the POTUS” when trump perpetuates his chicanery.
If the Obama stans weren’t full of shit or lie as much as Republicans, the community wouldn’t be as fractured as it is now and there wouldn’t even be a trump because the voter apathy would not be what it is. It is what it is because Obama played the so-called black community and destroyed the belief in the political system.

The so-called black people that still support him thought and think that. His legacy has already taken a hit by the fact that it was so bad it got trump elected. Remember, he said - “It would be a personal insult to me if you elected trump.” We saw how that turned out.

Unfortunately, people believe the democrats actually care about so-called blacks and continue to be pimped but the politically savvy have put our votes up for grabs to support candidates that will provide specific policy for us.

Y'all really think Obama was the Great Black Hope.....Obama is/was a false prophet whose spell has a lasting effect.
Man you hit it dead on the head
Niccas need to wake up to this shyt...Bush had 50 billion set aside for minorities for inner city development empowerment zones...Trump has 100 billion for pretty much the same thing

OBAMA a got damn FREE fucking cell phone
And niccas worship this motherfucker like the pied piper
Look up Obamas Dark Act that's what kinda Fuck he gave us

Why don't you stop with all the negative bullshit. Nobody is under the illusion that the Democratic Party is some sort of panacea for black people. But as bad as you think that Party is the Republican Party is so much worse. Just about every social benefit like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, 40 hour work week, vacation pay, sick pay, disability pay, minimum wage, civil rights act, voting rights act and on and on and on were all Democratic Party initiatives and all were opposed by the Republican Party.

So, in your estimation, if the Democratic Party takes black votes for granted what is your solution? Vote Republican knowing they really don't give a fuck about any minority? Not vote at all? What??? And you're living in a dream world if you think any candidate is going to propose specific policies for blacks, Latinos, Asians or any minority. You seem to forget this is still a minority white country and politicians if they want to get elected will tailor their campaigns accordingly. :hmm:

You really think Trump has set aside 100 billion for inner city development? If you do, you are beyond stupid. :smh:

I wonder how this had an effect on all the cases related to Round Up?

Whites,Chinese,Messican,Jew and even the gays demand something for their support but we shouldn't just let him being black is good enough as long as he has a good inauguration performance good enough for us,huh.
what did we demand for the support?? what ARE we demanding today for the support of candidates today??

It's pointless arguing with these folks. They are just as bad as the Obama was the black messiah crowd. Their argument never has any merit. They believe Obama was going to be allowed to snap his fingers and fix every problem that black america had to deal with (republican congress be damned). His magical fixes would have been instantaneous and bullet proof against any repeals by an opposing administration.

The fact that a large number of the Obama's administrations rules, laws, etc. have been rolled back in just a short amount of time, should have been a warning/wake up call. But no, we got to pretend otherwise.

Both Byron Allen and Dr. Claud Anderson debunk this myth that Obama didn’t help the so-called black community because “we didn’t have a clear agenda”

Politics is about leverage.
How would Obama, with a pro black agenda, get it passed in an white dominated Congress?

We are supposed to pretend that Obama could have been like Trump and do whatever the fuck he wanted, with the full blessings from congress (a majority republican one at that)...lol.

Agreed.
Obama was hamstrung at the inauguration in his first term

So, let me get this right, the AmeriKKKan Government is supposed to work for every other group except the Black People that built this country? If we continue to remain excepting of Benign Neglect as the Status Quo for Black People, #ADOS, African Americans, etc we ain't never gonna get a Muthafuckin' thing except, State Sanction Ethnic Cleansing from this hell on Earth for the Black Man. At my age I'm 57 this is the very 1st time I've ever read what can be considered a "Black Agenda". I don't profess to know everything but god damn it, show me the one that was around before this one? All of these Politicians have been shitting on Black People and the Black ones have been sitting on that shit bowl too. We are one of the few groups that can not be deported and if a country can't do that then what else do they do with 60 million people that they don't want around? And yes Black People are worse off than before Obama was elected, truth be told. Liberty or Death should be our rallying cry just like it was theirs when the Revolutionary War was fought!

Didn’t stop him from writing executive order after executive order for LGBT club members and immigrants.

:smh: at the excuses.
Not excuses.
What agenda was put forward by the black community politically to make the president address it?

You mean the executive orders Trump is rescinding left and right? Keep pretending that Obama was the magic negro that could save black people with a wave of a hand.

did any of those executive orders have anything to do with progressing the so-called black community? No

so I don’t give a shit if they are rescinded. stop being proud of being a 4th class citizen in a country that your ancestors built.

The Police reforms he rescinded are apart of those rollbacks.

Reading is fundamental

Obama was a master politician, not some type of black activist. He never pretended to be anything else.

He was a black activist on the low, he concealed it, and that's part of what made him a master politician.

He had to hide any kind of black conscious ideology in his mind in order to actually win the presidency.

Had he started helping black folks specifically he would have been impeached for something bogus or they would have assassinated him.

Had he had two black parents he wouldn't have been elected.

This is Amerikkka.
