damn it the memories...ohh the memories!!

I love it! I used to watch stuff like this all the time, still do occasionally.

I remember when I first learned how to jump (comedy), tying the rope 2 the rail when it was only 2 of us, clapsin the rope on purpose when someone didn't know how to turn to get them back, get smacked in the face w/ the rope , arguin over what order, boys messin up your jump, and learning motions

rope = telephone cord, cable cord from the man working in the trees, and on occasion, wet clothesline rope..oh yeah and that beaded rope from gym class.

ohh those were the days...thanks for the reminder

I felt the same way when I first learned. I was sooo proud of myself- then I realized I was the only child and I had no one to do it with me for the rest of the summer.


Good drop though. Them German folks was getting it.

Brought tears to my eyes.........I remember those days, and I miss seeing the girls ( and the occasional guy that you knew would end up w/ a guy when he got older) in the streets.... Double Dutch was my shit!


Flashback moment-

Whew what happend? I went back to 83-84-85 & 86!

I did this for almost 10 years back in the late 80s and 90s. Was even ranked internationally for a moment.
