Well for all the NY peeps instead of using the Verazanno just go through the holland and Lincoln tunnel and come back around to staten Island that way you would only have to by $8 coming back into Staten Island on the outter crossings You saving 5 bucks lmao

For everybody else, why don't you try and break up the MTA union(look out for those steamrollers though)? How about organizing political rallies that get somebody elected that knows how to run a city (without fucking mob connections please)? If you got cake, why don't get a class C new york license (whatever the licenses is to drive a large truck), buy a a used school bus, start you're own mini line and undercut the price of the MTA. I bet you would make mad cake
between traffic, making sure people pay, probably have to pay off some politicans for who knows what type of contract you need to operate a public transpo service, insurance and people actually trusting you. you need millions of dollars to even get this idea running and how long would it take to make a profit back.
what MTA needs to do is rip up all thiese bullshit traxs. place some magnetic bullet traxs down and show people why they need spend extra money. How many people travel mta on avg day i cant fig out why or how they crying broke.

That's fucked up fam. Tha CTA is right behind yall at $2.25 for tha L. I believe last year we almost were gonna hit $3 per fare. 
last i checked, Verazano is $11 one way (from BK to Staten Island)
going from SI to BK is free (unless that changed in the past 2 years)
i personally try not to fuck with the Verazanno, like someone said, take the holland tunnell, Rt 1 or 9, and you good

I havent paid for bus and train service in 8 years!! previous to working for MTA i was working for Homeland security and they gave us metrocards....through congress!!
