Don't Steal Parking spots in a Snow Storm - #WhichOneOfYallDidThis

People on our block already now... If you didn't dig it out, don't park there.

Simple

:D:roflmao::blush:

The Lady is an asshole, they took it easy on her, she deserved a busted window

Selfishness is never it's own reward!

That shit is common courtesy especially on the block you live on. You take several hours to clean a spot and someone who lives on your block has the audacity to take it. Nah man.. That is neighbor misconduct. They might as well steal the newspaper, have their dog shit on your lawn, dump garbage in your lawn etc.

Damn it takes that long to dig out?

I'm from Oakland.. never have had to do this, I'd have a new repeat for yall snow ass ninjas

Man.. Some of my neighbors were there from sun up to sun down. That is if you want to clean it well. It took me two hours just for a space on the street. Let's not talk about the driveway and the walkway

Damn...

I thought it was fairly simple

That YouTube video where they guy is pushing the snow is bs. You have to get your walkway clear of snow and ice. Otherwise you open yourself up to being sued if someone falls. If you don't then it turns to ice and you don't want black ice which is worse. So, I just get it nice and dry. Let the salt soak up the remaining stuff which shouldn't be that much if you clean it well. Also, you have to go out before the weather gets cold or it rains. The snow is heavier. I went out late that night and shoveled the driveway then did everything the next day. Snow blowing is cool but not with that snow fall. Plus you don't want to be an ass and blow it in someone's yard or walkway and/or on the street. Assholes do that shit making driving worse thinking that if cars just run over it then all will be well even though the cities tell them to not do it.
Also, it depends on where you live. My area is congested with homes so you have to be on point. My street is good because most of everyone did their part, but I have friends and family who can't do shit. My family lives on the upper class part of town and their street is wrecked because it is on a hill and the towns didn't do the side streets. They only did the main thoroughfares. We are not equipped for this shit.where I went to college is different. This is normal and they would have had this shit up in a second.

Took me a span of 10 hours over 3 days to break ice that was over 2 inches thick to get out my driveway. My drive way is about 30 yards long.

There is principalities to this shit. Not only that, you are risking catching a cold, frostbite to fingers/toes, muscle injuries, and maybe even cardiac issues from over exertion. People who live in densely populated cities within the country's snow/ice-belt should know better. Parking is at a premium when there is no snow.

oh man don't get me started. my neighbors had their dog shit on my lawn. let the dog out and let him come and shit on my lawn.

i stopped that shit though. dog won't even cross the street near my grass again.

Man how do you city dwellers live like this? Parking Spots? Da fuck? I just drive into my driveway...
It's an unspoken rule that you don't park in front of your neighbor's house, even if they have a driveway. You better have permission or shit will get ugly.
I once hooked a chain to a car parked in front of my house and used my truck to pull that bitch in front of a vacant.
Jehovah's Witnesses are disrespectful as fuck.

I had my space stolen one year. I was trying to make it to the store before the second storm coming our way hit. Spent an hour digging out of 2 feet at first. Old broad parked her car in my space. I was furious. I had to dig a new spot or take chances getting plowed in on the street. That is straight bullshit.

I saw this today on my way home. I actually stopped and backed up about 100 feet to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me. Folks are dead serious about keeping the spots they busted their ass cleaning.

It only takes doing it one time to understand why that's a major violation. That's if you're lucky and it's all snow, if it's icy??? Shot will have you taking layers off, steam coming off your head, and muscles burning. Think about the size of a snow shovel, now think about clearing a spot for a car with 6 inches of snow... Now do the sidewalk, walk way, and stoop... Smug bitch probably thought it was all Kool and the gang once she pulled in. Nope... Bet she won't do that shit again though...

If somebody did that to me after I spent 2hrs digging out.................man listen, you'd need a flatbed to get your car outta that spot:mad::curse:

Two hours to shovel out a car? Y'all renters need to get a house with a driveway
Still gotta shovel that too. Trust me bruh. You can put in the work sooner and save some effort, or wait and hate life. My driveway goes down into the garage. Had I not shoveled we would've stuck with no way to back out the driveway. Here in the south it's not a huge deal. It'll be gone in a day or 2. But in other parts??? Naaaaaa bruh... That's one of those things you gotta do.

real talk my Mexican neighbor and I clean out a spot in front of my house for us to use here in NYC. when he ain't here I park in the spot and hold it for him, when he gets home I'm in my drive way. we aint playing that shit on my block.
