Don't Front. Who In Here Shops At Goodwill and Salvation Army?

I will if I can find something my size usually the extra slim niggas come up at good will, but you would be surprised as to what you find at them, so I hit them up and outlets that's how I come up

I used to a long time ago. But as I gained consciousness I realized that there is no way to know who wore those clothes or the circumstances. Was the person that had those clothes sick, a killer, or what?!? Because people instill energy in things they possess. We know them as vibes. I just don't want to walk in someone elses shoes, I might end up picking up their burdens.
And I worked in a thrift store for, "community service", once.
They do not clean those clothes. They rack 'em just how they get 'em. There is cum, sweat and who knows what else on those clothes. I'll pass.

Son stay off the drugs. To think you are an actually human who typed that load of shit. Sadly you probably believe it. If you buy some stuff at the Goodwill common sense tells You to wash the fucking clothes several times to make sure they are clean.

I go to the goodwill electronics department.I buy used computers and computer parts and make a killing at resale.17 inch flatscreen cost $44,19inch cost $54....I copped a 24in led monitor for $83. Get DUAL-CORE barebones sys. with 200gig hd,2gigs ram,dvd-burner for about $85.00. Theres also console games xbox, playstation etc...for about 5 bucks each. And the list goes on.If its electrical they got it. You can and I do make a killing at resale. With my resale price still being fair

Bought a few blazers and sport coats there. Had them tailored and get props all the time. I don't like to buy shirts or pants, mufuckers sweat mane.

I got a hook up at Polo and Brooks Brothers, so I tend to stay with them on the other stuff.

man i do for myself but there are certain items i don't buy
i have been racking up in BRAND NEW baby clothes and a pack n play worth $200 for $50

Oh...ok....

I've never bought clothes at goodwill but i do go their every few weeks to find stuff to sell on ebay.

I check them out every now and then but not for clothes, you can find electronics and furniture there

only thing ive ever bought from there is work clothes when i had a regular 9 to 5. fuck all that, i dont like wearing shit that i have no idea as to whos worn it, where its been,etc... not casually anyways. hell if ive penny pinchin that hard then ill just hit up walmart or sales racks in someplace like gliks

One person mentioned uppity. Okay, lets say you bought Burberry pants for 150 bucks but Goodwill had those same pants for 5 bucks. If you dry cleaned those same pants they would look almost as new as the new Burberry pants you bought. So, you would rather waste 145 dollars to just to feel uppity?

I don't think people who sees you with them could tell the difference between which one came from the Burberry location and the one which came from the Goodwill location.

Why waste one hundred fifty on pants? Why add invest into some penny stock and have some crash and burn stock experience? Why are folks still obsessed with name brand designs well into their adulthood? At least spend on the material, not the name. Or use it to gain some certificate in something useful.

I'm in there every week. Sometimes they have the same joints that these Bohemian consignment shops are selling for 1/3 the price.

Plus like dude said they have all types of other stuff.

Electronic wires you might need, I got a truck cover for $5, they retail for $80-200.
It depends on what your looking for and what part of town the store is in.

My boy goes all the time and finds great deals on like-new high end brands. When I go, I usually just get workout clothes or khakis for work. I can never find anything fresh in my size, but if I did I'd rock the shit out of it with absolutely no shame.

The Goodwill sucks. The Salvation Army usually has better stuff.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad teaches us to consoiv our money so that we may help support the NOI and further his teachings. I shop at Goodwill and I bought a used bow-tie for a buck fifty and put the rest of my savings into the Nation! Everyone knows Im a good mooslum at the Mosk!

Most major cities have a thrift store called the Discovery shop run by the American Cancer Society. Jos A Bank and Men's Warehouse send all shirts suits and accessories to them when they don't sale. Not as inexpensive as Goodwill but great prices.

I know a designer who goes there for clothes the alters them into something special.

Hell yeah, I know lawyers who buy suits from Goodwill.

I bet they can't win a case for shit! They clearly aren't very good lawyers and I sho as hell wouldnt want any of these damm fools representing me in this white devil's court.:smh:

If any of them are out in california please let me know so I can avoid their asses.

Good liars. Oops lawyers wear gucci and vercaci! Not old mens suit from the goodwill.

Go to the ones in high end areas and you'll find brand new things that's never been worn, or things that are pretty new, but with superficial issues, like it's last year model's electronics or last season's style of shirt. You have to go when they first open however as nowadays more people are up on it.

Anyhow, the people saying that they'll never shop at one reminds me of people who used to always wear high end clothes and such in high school. They'll claim they got it from a department store, when in reality their parents was just the first customers in TJ Maxx and Marshalls when they opened in the morning to buy up the new closeouts.

my homegirl does the thrift store/goodwill thing takes dope pics of the stuff and sells it online. she gets most of it at stores in nicer areas.

u would be surprised what people pay for "vintage" clothes and furniture.

asian dude paid close to $300 for an oldschool polo sweater w/ the teddybear on it. dude showed us pics of a room in his house. nothin but ralph lauren shit. pillows, throw rug, racks of clothes, wallpaper. serious lo head.

There is a Goodwill around here that has a computer store inside. I go in every week to rack up... I bought a decent modern Dell Desktop for $30. I use that sucker for our home server to host all my movie, game and software downloads.

I also went in one time and saw a Cisco switch in there for $25. I turned around, came back and that bitch was gone. I white dude had taken it to be paid for...I was mad as hell.

Offices donate computers and hardware to them all the time. Cpu's, hardrives, switches, laptops..I love that joint.
