Truthfully... this means WAY more to Mitchell than Ben. I won't be overly pissed if they give it to him simply because this MAY be his crowning glory and Ben obviously has bigger shit in his mirror, thus his statement that he doesn't pay attention to what Rookies (his peers) are doing, he's looking at where he's going and name the cream of the crop as his motivation.
Its funny as hell when I hear people TRY to use the 'team around him' bullshit reason to try to rob Ben, but don't use the same argument when comparing Harden to LeBron, when Harden GAINED a top 3-4 PG in the league in CP3, and LeBron LOST Kyrie but is having one of his best statistical season. Also, the Jazz are 1-2 games WORST in terms of record than they were last year, with basically the same team, the Sixers are 23-24 games BETTER with Ben in the line up than the team with Embiid last year. Ben has a lot of these Dudes playing better than they ever have in their careers, because he makes players around him better... can't say the same thing about Mr. 3 assist per game over in Utah...
