I didn't know about Rogue, but well... it makes sense... cause her power at the extreme is she becomes/ adsorbs who ever she touches - if she absorbed Thor or someone worthy it could work...

the savage Hulk is pure of heart, utterly selfless and theoretically the most powerful warrior in Marvel - every major "everyone vs the Hulk" story starts with Hulk just wanting to be left alone to chill - basically Hulk stands his ground.
other than that I agree with you, NONE of the other Hulk personalities should be able to lift mjolnir
