If it were GHB and it was seized by the FEDS there's no way it wouldn't have been disclosed in the indictment and there's no way he wouldn't have been charged an additional felony (or more than one) for having such a large amount of illegal drugs.
Matter of fact those charges would have been highlighted more than the gun charges.
