naw never did anything, purchased the equipment, because it fell in my lap and to help a friend out.
He suggested for me to get a company Name, register and make sure all of the paperwork got done . I did thru LegalZoom, just incase I ever got serious.

Try as individual self employed...problem is gonna come from..you can't show income from said business...get someone to 1099 you right quick..only way.. brah

Have workers, day laborers, and pay them a check out of the business account.
There are places in ATL where they can cash these checks without ID, usually Asian or Indian(hindu) owned. Have them give you a kickback, go with them if you have to.
As long as you dont pay a person over $600 for the year you dont have to W-2 or 1099 them. So it's in your best interest to use "different people" to keep their YTD totals under $600 each.
Also, Hispanics usually have 4 names, first, middle, father's last name, mother's last name. Ex. Guillermo Reducindo Hernandez Jimenez

Not really. I am a real estate agent and I applied for the funding with that. I also have small video production service that I applied for and I only received 1 payment of $1000.
Anyone who says “they wasn't gonna give it to US no way” more than likely hasn’t done their taxes in 3-4 years or they don’t have a real LLC that is registered with the Sec. of State or Dept of Revenue. You gotta have all your ducks in a row for the process to go smoothly.

Is this for the PPP? If so, that was a prequalification. They will email you for more details soon. Then you have to finish up the application.

No. I was too early for the PPP with my bank and didn't follow up on it before they ran out of money, now their not taking applications anymore for PPP
Really. I know a guy w/ an LLC who hasn’t filed since 2014, I don’t think he applied for the EIDL though. I can’t afford to play that game. Rather be safe than sorry when it comes to the IRS.
Smoke and mirrors these FUCKTARD banks got caught giving loans to big corps. and saying fuck you to small and medium businesses so the Trump/Media had to change the narrative to point the finger at the applicants instead of the banks, anyone who has applied for the PPE know how involved that loan documentation is.So now they sent notice to banks to investigate these loans for fraud.Basically, wanting folks to prove they exhausted all avenues before applying. I guess it's like a 'fuck you' lotto since there are so many applicants.

Signed my loan docs yesterday, money hit my account about an hour ago. Shit is wild.
Received PPP approval email on Thursday, said my acct would be funded in 3 days. Funds were in the acct next day. I finally received a generic email from SBA yesterday regarding EIDL saying that my application was received. I submitted two applications the 2nd week of April. The letter did not specify which company it was referencing. I'll keep a look out for further updates.
Got my PPP funds for one of my companies yesterday. Signed the promissory notes for 2 businesses yesterday, but have only recieved the funds for one so far. By Monday or Tuesday the others funds should be there. So far, I have received funding for 2 of my companies.
I got another email this morning saying they are processing my app.
