They exist and they're around.. We're talking about a higher intelligence.. That means a higher intelligence.. Most of how we see the world is thru the lense of our intelligence.. If there is a higher intelligence, that means they are completely aware of our intelligence and their limits.. So it's not hard for them to stay hidden when they want, and show up when they want
