Devon Alexander/Juan Urango, "Road to Dallas" tonight on HBO

Cats at my barbershop think Clottey looked so bad the fight had to be fixed:lol:. And they were serious.
I tried to talk them off the ledge and told them dude just isn't a "primetime player" and froze up on the "big stage". Why take a 6 or even 7 figure payoff when, if you win, you get the winner of Mayweather-Mosley and earn an 8 figure payday?

Interesting...

My thing was as Clottey came up the ranks, he was a tough out for many that he faced. Yet, in his recent fights where he could have taken over as a valid welterweight power, he did little to nothing to prove himself. I find it amazing how this was the same person that gave Margarito trouble in their fight, and beat Zab Judah the way he did, as the one who could not take advantage of Cotto's trouble against an active puncher in later rounds and just do virtually nothing against a smaller man in Pac.

I just don't get this dude :smh::smh::smh:

He's soft. His "Face Off" with Manny and his incessant need to tap gloves after rounds showed his tender side. Be good sportsmen after the fight not before or during. Manny went in the eat that nigga's lunch, Josh went in to have a good fight.

I'm starting to think he should have moved up to jr. middle. When a guy lands at 147 on the nose, with his build and at his age, I'm thinking he cuts a lot of weight, draining him of stamina and strength.
