Strictly Business
I've been self employed since 2000-
flipped some R.E., did foreclosure cleanouts for banks,
now
LOW OVERHEAD summer/winter landscaping.
All 15 properties are in my enclosed development. I walk (ride mower) house to house. No employees.
I sorta jumped in the green energy field. Solar referrals for PosiGen. I feed leads to their sales reps for $$$.
I'm working with the state to get $$$$, trying to open a couple of EV charging stations.
The Hotel
Only 2 snow storms last winter 2022-23 (this past winter 2023-24 too) -
I had to get a J.O.B.

I now run the free breakfast at a Marriot hotel property part-time, leaving my days free.
That 5:30 am start time tho...
But an Operations Manager position just opened.
A year ago I wasn't thinking about the Hospitality field or hotels, other than how my stay in one is.
Now I could be running one, a step below the G.M.?
Oh, the G.M. is a Sister; she's the one who hired me a year ago.
The hotel is part of a group of properties owned by some cheap-ass Indians, but I'mma get mine!
