Here you can see their new tactic if they are not able to shadow ban, they will attempt to discredit you in some type of way. Here the hearings on Tik Tok was to disparage the service and was never about national security issues.
I suspect that if Elon Musk holds true to his words on Twitter, in theory they should start targeting certain people to discredit them. If this does not happen than Elon Musk is back in business with shadow banning, coordinating with the government.
I have noticed their strategy has evolved, they tried to come at me since I don't use traditional platforms. You post comments critical of an administration or political party, the government could put a surveillance jacket on you, attempt to uncover things about you and use that against you.
You might have a million followers, and no longer be shadow banned but the government has you under some type of nightmare surveillance system and is gleaning information from various sources to uncover things about you.
