As I clarified my statement in my second comment I stated it would be a better look (to me) if he settled for the NDA or similar type of agreement where she shuts her mouth for good.
The man has millions, does he need endorsements...? Not fucking really, he could be good / beyond good not making nan other endorsement deal if he played his money right and had a good business manager / partner.
