Perhaps not the Republican Party, but there are various types of "conservatives" who conflict with each other. You have paleo-conservatives, neo-conservatives, traditional conservatives, and others.

That sounds great but in the end they are republicans who want this country white and back in the 50's. We've seen how these fiscal conservative turn a blind eye when one of there's is in charge. We've seen how the moral conservatives turn a blind eye when one of there's is in control. Those different titles are nice but they're really meaningless at the end of the day. That is why there is no diversity in that party and everyone considers themselves conservatives.
