Debt Consolidation

i got 4 cards that are screwing me over cuz its hard to pay them all and they get expensive. I was told to consolidate it onto one loan but not sure how to or where to go about doing this. Anyone have any suggestions or recommendations of a well known, established firm that does this cause its eaten my pockets paying all these creditors at once.
