I have always wondered why there are more male coaches than female coaches in female leagues.

Shit is fucked up. Without looking I betcha that the majority are cac men.

A running backs coach teaches blocking assignments and different coverages. It one of many positions that don’t require the need to have played before.

teaching ANY PLAYER how to play their position in the NFL, period.
A HEAD COACH doesn't teach players how to master their position. They do X's & O's
Front office does what they do.....totally different

That's like me teaching a rookie Peyton Manning how to play QB
Every team has a QB Coach, a LB Coach, a DL Coach etc etc

Many coaches teach positions they never played.

Can you turn on film and look at the defense to see what formation they are in.

Post snap, can you look at film to see what the front four is doing? Are they slanting, pitching or stunting?

Can you look at film to determine if the hole was front side our backside?

Can you look at film to determine where the blitz is or will come from pre snap?

Post snap, can you understand who the free man will be on the blitz pick up??

if so, you would be a great running backs coach. Those skills don’t require you to have played

Fam, my regional director is the most unqualified, mediocre, incompetent white man I've ever met. I get disgusted whenever he visits our office because I have to watch him bumble around pretending he gives a fuck. My goal right now is to work my way up to be his superior and fire him. Black excellence < white mediocrity at my job. We also have the same problem police departments have. The black people that achieve some rank act just like the mediocre white people.

too many of us still wanting that acceptance from the Neanderthal, a lower class than us, and get upset when we don’t get it. you have a monarch mentality and will go far in life with it. the profane will be in perpetual servitude because they are competing for white acceptance while we should be competing against ourself to become a better version of us within and not have to rely on their game. My cousin was the running back coach at the high school he taught at. This nigga never played sports in his life coming up... I was like "what the fuck?" When he told me.

I can see some pros or even upcoming coaches scratching their heads if they have paid their dues and even played the game to get passed up on a NFL position coaching job.
