but 75% of these white coaches and EXECUTIVES in not JUST football
but in basketball
haven't EVER played Professional level
many not even college (D I, II or III)
and a few were scrubs in high school and were not even VARSITY
forget PLAYING
many of these white boys aint even COACHED BEFORE!
MEN OR WOMEN!
on ANY LEVEL!
I mean not pee wee, high school, or college
NOT even Canada
I'm talking INTERNS, assistant coaches, grinding film etc....
she is FAR from an issue on any level. (and at least imagine her JOURNEY to get this point, she harder than most MEN to do that)

teaching ANY PLAYER how to play their position in the NFL, period.
A HEAD COACH doesn't teach players how to master their position. They do X's & O's
Front office does what they do.....totally different
