I'm very desperate as I've replied now on both boards. She's sleeping now so I can't bring it up but I am totally worried that eventually our relationship will collapse because of this. Last Thursday we even used lube against her protests but I think the damage may have already been done prior to that day. I feel like shit hearing her talk about it and knowing I'm causing it. I don't think my size is a issue. Duration and intensity are though as I'm a very energetic man. I think she exceeds her limits in a attempt to allow me to get off. I'm familiar with endometriosis but my perception of that is that sex in general would be painful during not afterward.

first thing you need to do is take a break for a few days to a week so things can "heal"
