With that bit of additional info it seems like the only way you will get it is if he voluntarily gives it to you ... any other way would get him in deep shit as you put it ... I doubt if you put him in deep shit you will get any of it ... I don't think the government is going to hand over the drug money to you that they get off of him

I'm not into the e-beefs a lot of people jump into with gusto on here, but UrBoss, your thread title elicits a LOT of emotion on this board everytime it comes up in anyway.

I lost a car that was given to me by driving across state to see my boy, treat my lady to a day out, and not load either my ex or my lady with burden of "aiding" me in any way to be in the life of my son. Got caught driving illegal, nobody's fault but my own. But, I ended up in this situation in part standing up until the support game just knocked me completely on my ass.

There's more story, but the idea is I'm dead broke, not dead beat, reaching to stay in the life of my kids and aid them anyway I can at this point in my life and theirs.

I've got thug friends with no ends cause they've been away and lost any gains made in the game. Now the game plays some of them.

If school is the real target, treat dad in his circle, his pride could never stand having the streets dog him for not "handling his business".

But if he's a dead broke dad, don't let him become your excuse for not finishing school.

Go to a family court attorney (you can usually find one in the yellow pages)

Be prepared to pay a retainer

But your mother is going to be the one to do this, not you. You don't have a claim and the "debt" is non-transferable. And forbid something happens to her, then it ends with her.

Of course. I have copies of the warrants and what not. I'm surprised she doesn't know that she has to be the one the follow through with all this, if that's the case. It makes sense to me, I just never question the woman...

Yea I don't expect nor want his dirty money. I would assume the worst case scenario is he gets an ultimatum; work or jail. If they don't go through with the latter he'll have no choice but to work and have his wages garnished...Well I'm a firm believer in if it was mean to be it will be so...
