Most definately NO to a friend's ex cuz you gotta be loyal to your peoples ... a family member's ex I would say NO cuz you gotta stay loyal to your fam as well ... an acquaintances' ex I would say YES cuz ya'll aint that close to be carrying a loyalty to them ... but for all the above I think there is an exception ... I feel if it's a LOVE thing ... like some TRUE LOVE, SOULMATES shit then I say go for it ... if it's just a fuck thing then lay off of it cuz you can fuck anybody

For me dating/dealing with any woman that a friend or family member was seriously involved with is a big NO NO! If she was just "some chick" then it could go down, but once she crosses the line to becoming someone special and/or important she's completely off limits no matter how fly she is.

Well if it's a family member or friend we've pretty much all agreed that it's not a good idea kid or no kid ... but for an aquaintence I don't think it's a big deal if they had a kid together ... it wouldn't make a difference to me ... unless I already know she's a hatin' ass bitch ... then I might gotta pull her aside and let her know what's up:cool:

Friends ex - um well never again :rolleyes:. I know where they buried the bodies and most of the guys i know are just damned nasty:smh::smh: anyways but in the past i was not so discriminatory.:(

Family's ex -never, no how, can not happen:smh:

Acquaintance's ex - well if we move in the same social circles probably no. If me and that acquaintance do not roll anymore then maybe.

It's a bad look all around. I don't even like to be platonic friends with my girl's exes. It's too many emotions and then there is always going to be a time when your loyalty to one or the other is going to be tested. For example, my friend's ex and I used to be professional associates. When they broke up it was hella awkward talking to him about anything, especially because he basically dogged her. So I just stopped talking to him altogether.

Friend and family, hell no! Acquaintance??? Well...that one happened to me years ago. I knew(acquaintance) this brutha, and he and his ex had broken up. One day she started tryin to holla at me...I saw her at the job where me and her man worked. For several months, I played her off, ignored her...it wasn't even an issue. But one day...she called me...next thing you know, she's bouncing on me, on my sofa. Without a doubt, that was one of the freakiest lil chicks I ever met. The sex was freakin bananas! BUT...we never really dated. Like I said, he wasn't a friend, but the whole scenario made ME raise an eyebrow.

Hell fuck no! I'm in that shit right now my ex is dating my cousin. Real dirty like cousin gets a pass cuz he didn't know he got introduce when we were broke up and she was on that friend level but shawty knew and went behind a niggas back. Knew she was wrong and tried to hide it but she got cuaght by forwarding me an email that only my family gets (and i'm like how you get this). As far as the situation presented by the OP, I'd have to say no on all accounts...:smh:I say that because if you associate with someone STILL, then you are creating unnecessary drama for yourself. If you don't, then I suppose it's cool but I don't play like that. There's too many people in this world to be experimenting with someone else's ex that you're cool with. Oh, and don't bring kids into the equation, that's just a no-no. I'll take a pass on all three...:smh:
