Which version of Dr. Strange? Old school comic book Dr. Strange was the "top G" they brought in when the problem was too big for the normal heroes. He would end Vader quickly.
Marvel has nerfed almost all of their male characters in the movies; especially the more powerful ones. Strange, Hulk and Thor have all been nerfed.

Old school comic book Strange could handle what basically amounts to someone with telekinesis from a whole other universe and never even have to cross paths with him.
MCU Strange...notsomuch.
