DANCING SUSPECT: “Keep your hands up!” Police tried to stop this driver but he took off. When he saw officers had set up a spike strip, he decided to get out and bust some moves in a freeway dance party. It all ended when officers decided to let a K-9 lose on him. He’s now being charged with felony evading. “You didn’t have to do that to me,” he shouted after the K-9 was out.
