They were chasing a 2009 Ford Mustang, according to police scanner reports.
2. Police Believe He Was an Angry Ex-Employee
Few details have been released, but Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe said during a radio interview on WTOP that investigators believe the gunman is a disgruntled ex-employee of WDBJ.
