Working in these environments is tough, with sociopaths, racists, stalkers, and other deviants. You are going to be called names, gang stalked, illegal surveillance. I have become desensitized from dealing with it on many jobs.

I opposed the dog whistle murders by whites directed at me and I definitely don't support this public spectacle. We need to stop the killing and be more civil to each other.

Unfortunately, many employers are forced to hire minorities due to the law and resort to harrassment or unjustified terminations based on alleged performance issues.

The EEOC has such a low finding of cause for discrimination it is a joke.
