"IF" - I repeat "IF" Vick was reinstatedad and ordered to stay away from this dude then it is Vick's fault. I don't care about the airport situation or the dog thing. He got a pass and got a second chance in the NFL. This would be akin to when you are litte and your mom tells you not to let NOBODY ride your bike and on the one day you decide to disobey, your friend gets hit by a car - on YOUR bike. You did not cause the accident but your -ish is involved. Mom's don't give a sh*t. She gave you an order so its YOUR @$$ - not your friends. Plus this was a "party" environment an n*gg*'s were sprinkled into the mix. Hope he can get past this. Besides, this dude is still better than half the qb's starting in the league now IMO.
Its a condition of Vick's probation that he stay away from felons. I believe this was also a condition of Vick being reinstated to the NFL. This guy that was shot was a felon also (co-defendant with Vick).
If if any club Video shows Vick and this guy partying it up together, Vick is done. Roger Goodell is going to bounce him out of the NFL.
Vick got a 2nd chance and he is pissing it away.

Statement from the Philadelphia Eagles:
"Under normal circumstances, we would not issue a public statement regarding a matter still under investigation. However, due to the intense speculation that exists, we believe it is important to make a statement this afternoon regarding Michael Vick.
"Following the incident that occurred in Virginia on the morning of June 25, Michael and his representatives promptly contacted law enforcement agencies, the Philadelphia Eagles and the National Football League. The Eagles were provided with very detailed information during that discussion as to what took place at the event. Those details have not changed in any way over the course of the last week. Our investigation to this point has confirmed and has been consistent with the information that was originally communicated to us.
"Furthermore, any report or speculation that suggests the Eagles are considering releasing Vick are not true. We will continue to gather information and monitor the situation and we will not have any further comment until that process is complete."
Will people leave the Eagles PR staff alone so they don't have to work on a holiday weekend?

Think about this for a second. How would Vick know the time of the shooting if he was not there? So how could he give an accurate time of when it happen. The only people who knew the time of the shooting was the police. You would have been the brotha to fuck up and say the wrong shit. Vick was correct in saying as far as I know I was gone maybe 30 minutes before the shooting.The camera collaborated Vicks story. He left out the front door and even chatted and signed autographs then got in his car and left before the shooting happened. The only thing the police is going to do is to try and pressure Vick into snitching on who may have pulled the trigger. They will threaten him with probation violation and everything.

The drug test actually allowed for reduced time because he was granted into a program. Remember how the courts works. Mike Vick could be innocent for all we know. Taking a pleas does not mean you are guilty. When you facing charges like he was which can be up to 20 years plus you can be forced into incriminating yourself or lying on yourself. A person has two options lie on himself and take the plea and do a year or risk going to court and losing and get 20 years.He didn't have a choice, he failed a drug test while awaiting sentencing, knowing he was going to be drug tested.

And your facts are wrong...the tape shows he was wrong about the time he left...and if what you are saying about Vick's statements are true they indicate he may have been lying...if he had simply said I had left before any shooting had occurred that woulda been cool...the fact that he attempted to give a time frame for a shooting he was not aware of is fishy in itself and the reason why his dumb ass has not been ruled out as a suspect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
