I don't understand how you took my statement to mean I condone women being violated. Sadly I don't have a daughter. However, if she were my daughter I'd be more than upset with dude, and wouldn't trust myself in the same room with him. All I meant is I don't know what if any crime he may have committed especially given that she has no apparent reaction to his presence. After seeing the vid could she claim he touched her (assault), perhaps. However, I think it would be difficult to prove with only that clip.
