You may be right. If Lynn Swann gets in..........

Keyshawn caught nearly 500(!) more passes than Swann (and is ranked 15th all-time). If he plays another year, and is just average, he'll move into the Top 10.

No way the Cowboys put him and TO on the same squad. New Enland maybe? That would be sick. Randy to stretch the defence and Key to move the chains.

I fuckin hate New Enland too....

it's widely agreed that Swann only got into the HOF off of highlight catches and hype as the leading receiver of the all-time greatest football dynasty. If you're gonna use stats as a measure of whether a receiver belongs in the HOF, Swann shouldn't be your yardstick.

I thought same thing on both situations..first thing that came to mind was New England.

Link please?

I didn't see the draft but my boy said when the Panthers drafted him, you could see the look on Key's face.. like he saw this moment flash before his eyes...

Damn, right after he was praising the moves the Panthers made during the draft. I know when he got home and got the call he probably was like  :hmm:

He did it during tha draft...He said he wanted Jarret to go to the Panthers then he was talkin bout how he was gon mentor him and shit. Tough Break indeed Keyshawn. No way my cowboys get him...we already let that nigga go once...

Damn will you give the rest of the league a chance. :hmm:

I dont think he'll retire he is still a pretty good 2nd or 3rd receiver. Was he still on the Bucs the year they won the SB. I know he was deactivated for the remainder of a season but i'm not sure which one it was.

Jarrett got the last laugh, Keyshawn told him during that uncomfortable interview that he should've listened to him and stayed in school.

"They said they wanted to get younger," Johnson told the newspaper. "That's fine with me. I'd like to go somewhere and help someone win another Super Bowl."

Damn from the way he sounds. You can assume he is talking about NE.

They are already a fucking nightmare. I don't even want to think about them with that addition.

Jarrett is a carbon-copy of Keyshawn, you could see the writing on the wall when they drafted him over the weekend

He'll still play for another team this year

After that, he's got a job waiting for him on TV somewhere

Still kinda fucked up though....

Keyshawn is not a Hall of Famer IMO. He was a solid dependable receiver, but he was nothing special. Never led the league in anything and has only been to the Pro Bowl 3 times. If Art Monk (3 pro bowls 84-86) can't get in, I think it will be very difficult for Keyshawn.

Swann isn't my yardstick. Totally different era and statistical perspective.

Keyshawn more closely resembles Michael Irvin (statistically and in his role on the field). Irvin obviously gets the edge in team performance and general reputation, but they're in the same league at the position.

Man, if he goes to New England, i wont even waste my time watching this season.

On and off the field, my Panthers are making bad decisions...

Next thing you know they'll move the team to New Orleans........

:hmm:

FUCKING HORNETS!! RAAAAAAAAAARGHHH!!!
