Here is the argument. As a homeowner, you are responsible for what happens in front of your home. So you assume all of the risk, but you get zero benefit. Someone trips and falls in front of your house, you may be on the hook, but you don't have the right to park your car in that same spot?
Someone trips and falls in the street you aren't liable. So unless you want to park on your sidewalk (for which you are liable) you're mixing apples and oranges.
I definitely agree with you but at the end of the day it is not their spot by law and shorty had every right to park there...Now Karma is real and she was going to feel it later without them doing all that extra shit.
