About a year ago you were invited to an NBA 2024 Finals party at "Cisco's" apartment to watch the Boston Celtics vs. Dallas Mavericks. There was a good mix of people and just about a 1:1 ratio of females to males, and some of the women actually had a rooting interest on the game.

Now, you let it be known that you are a diehard Dallas fan and never liked Boston and for that matter because you live in New York, most of the people at the party dislike Boston also.

Nevertheless, one of Millie's (Cisco's wife) coworkers, Layla shows up in a Boston Celtics jersey and of course some of the guys were "giving her the business" about being a Celtic fan, but to her credit she took it and gave it back too.

Since it was Game 1 you figured you would bet Layla just to make things interesting and told her to pick the amount, but keep it within reason (like below $50).

What she told you next still has you "scratching your head?"

She said:
"I have an idea, let's not bet money. If the Celtics win you "go down on me," and if the Mavericks win "I'll blow you"

You paused because you really couldn't believe that she just said that and the fact that she was sober and serious made you a bit nervous, but you took the bet anyway.

The Celtics won 107 to 89 and when she saw the game was well at hand, she was like:
"Time to pay up you live in the building, right?"

Because you had "Cabin fever" on Monday night you took a trip uptown to the "Harlem Tavern" to watch the Philadelphia Eagles vs. San Diego Chargers.

While you were there you ran into some Barnard students that were probably "blowing off some steam" since the semester was about to end on Monday and finals were on the horizon.

You were surprised that there was a nice crowd on a Monday night watching the game and a very diverse selection of women also. Nevertheless, you ended up getting into a conversation with a young lady that reminded you of "Velma" from "Scooby Doo, Where Are You!

Her "glam up" friends seemed to be getting more attention, and left Barbara (the one that looked like Velma) alone at a table by herself, and you could relate because you were basically by yourself, but there were 2 other people at a table next to yours that you didn't know.

From were you sat you had a feeling that Barbara's friends were going to end up going off somewhere with these guy and you were correct, so you asked Barbara how was she getting home (even though Barnard is a few blocks away)?

She said it's about a 15 minute walk and you asked her if she wanted you to walk with her since it is late at night?

At first, she was hesitant, but figured:
"Why not"

It was a nice walk and a better conversation and you were about to leave Barbara at the front door of her dorm, but she said:
"Come up for a minute"

You did and let's just say Barbara's large sweatshirt hide her assets well.
