Nah. The best thing someone can do is stop supporting the sponsors of the shows that blindside people and demand warnings be put on shows. Proactive; not reactive. The problem is that people these days don't seem to know how to protest with their pockets.

Those shows tend to have more than one sponsor. If you already don't patronize those particular companies, there really isn't much more you can do. If you do patronize them, particularly multiple ones, it'll be pretty hard just dropping them suddenly. Most people aren't built for boycotts in today's world.

The problem is not that the LGBT stuff exists. They deserve their representation and they can have it.
The problem is that its almost always the black male who is their representation.
The problem is that is starting to be the only context you see black men in outside of them being sneaky or cowardly or weak.

Black folk need to shake these other communities off and stop letting them pretend that our struggles and their struggles are the same. They're not. The LGBT community as a whole is not financially oppressed or deficient.
Integration has robbed us of our sense of independence from other communities. Most other communities have language or religion as their culture link. The LGBT community has their sexual identity and they are primarily at least middle-class (or better) and white in the west. Black folks re at the bottom and everyone else seems to walk over our community because we keep throwing our money back at them regardless of what they do to us. Economic slaves.
