They are concerned about their cam score cause that is what determines their position in which they appear on the homepage. If a chick's cam-score gets under 600/500 she is more than likely appearing on the second page and she can pretty much hang it up on making any money if she goes there.

Also they think that they will have a chance to make it unto the top 20 to get that monthly bonus that they give out.

Actually there is, its in there "Terms of Use" under Proprietary Rights and Restrictions. Pretty much all cam/porn sites state that the cams/pics/vids are there intellectual property, which is why they can have them taken down so easily when discovered.
