Damn, incident gets ugly after Chris Brown appears on Good Morning America

Fuck her for doing her job?

What if he was on 60 minutes or the Larry King show. You think they wouldn't have tougher questions about Rhianna? If he can't handle those soft ass questions then he's not ready for primetime. Maybe jail time would have humbled him.

If it was on 60 min then you expect indept questioning and that wouldbe appropriate. If it he was on Jerry Springer/faux news type of show. Then sensationalism is expected. This is a morning show where people from time to time stop by to promote something an answer a few questions. She started to go into 60 min mode with a splash of sensationalism. Plus some personal woman shit.

Indeed.
fuck GMA for rehashing this old shit though. move on, let the nigga do his lil bullshit song and promote whatever and let that shit go already.

I saw it, she was doing her job and when he said he rather think about the future instead of the past she didn't push it and dropped it. This is the first big thing he's done since so like it or not he's going to have to deal with it being brought back up. If he did his two songs and moved on we wouldn't be talking about this now but his need to be a diva caused this and made it 2009 again.

someone is always going to be around to bring it up, but it's up to him to make sure it isn't current news.

I swear some of these cats would blame black women for the earthquake in Japan if they thought someone would believe them:smh:

This

Posters like HAR125LEM are bitchmade boys that never take responsibility for their own actions ... I agree the sista shouldnt have been so hard on him but at the same time Chris needs to grow up and cool his emotions down while in the spotlight

There are 2 sides to this but certain girly men on here are too pussy to see that and ALWAYS want to throw the blame in one direction only

BULLSHIT! GMA gives him an opportunity to make amends and PERFORM his new material on the day his album drops (millions of impressions). What Chris should've done was answer the question by restating how sorry he is; put a positive spin on it by referencing how much he's grown; and redirect by pointing everyone to how his growth is reflected in his art, the new album.

This is not a gimmie. GMA doesn't have to allow you to come on their morning show and perform the day your album drops. Especially when the GMA core audience only knows CB as the dude who beat Rihanna's ass.

Everybody needs to grow up and realize this is a business. He couldn't figure out what this was about, Y'all don't see what this is about. Fuck GMA... shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit. CB shoulda been on his knees hoping they'd ask him so he could "properly" put this shit to rest and turn the page all in the same segment, imo.

TRUE.
THEY GAVE HIM SHOT TO SHINE. Even if they throw him a curveball, he should of been prepped and ready. Turn negatives into Positive. Blunder on his part.:smh:

CB has spent the past two years doing much more than apologizing. He initially apologized, some would say insincerely, and then immediately got mad when everyone didn't turn the page. He blasted radio for not playing his music, despite not having anything new and or good enough to play.

This cat has been killing the mixtape scene for the past two years. Hell, half of his new album is that very same material. Just because it's new heat for you doesn't actually make it new. They would not play his shit, but not because it lacked quality.

2 yrs ago....who cares about that shit anymore....if you care about some ex from 2yrs ago.......you are fucked up in the head....

The only problem is a lil bitch raised nicca who can't control his emotions....period.

If the lil bitch raised bastard would not have thrown a chair into a window, then this thread would not exist....emotional niccas getting caped up for another emotional nicca.

It does not have anything to do with his age, its all about the act he comitted.

This is a man who assaulted a woman so its only natural that other women are not gonna care for him, Robin played him like a violin and he showed his ass (again).

Seems the brother lets females push his buttons too easily.
oh yes it does. And she was out of line going back to a subject that had nothing to do with anything. Once she saw that he no longer wanted to address that, she should have moved on. It was supposed to be an appearance about his new CD and NOT Rihanna or restraining orders or any thing. Lack of professionalism on some weak ass wanna-be Barbara Walters shit :smh:
What the hell are you talking about? I didn't blame shit on her.
Sarcasm is lost on this one....
Most media outlets will ask if a certain subject matter is ok to talk about BEFORE the interview. Looking back on the TMZ site, Robin Roberts says that she and the staff at GMA asked was it cool and he said yes. So basically...Chris knew the questions were coming, and she went easy on the questioning anyway. Little boy needs to grow up. The suicide light on his career just went out...hopefully he wont fuck up and turn it on again!
She's on that bullshit. And even if I DID believe that he was ok with it before the interview, once he chose not to answer her first question, she should have moved on and not keep talking about bullshit.
She asked and he answered. The problem is that she was being redundant and taking the interview away from the promotion of the album (his main purpose for being there). Not to rehash the past.
EXACTLY!!!!!! Like move on.
The first time she brought up rihanna, he said that he just wanted to talk about the album. Was there some new ground that she was going to cover? Once he dodged the question, Stevie Wonder could see that he didn't want to go there. As for judging him, that's your right. My position was that no one wants to be reminded of their mistakes constantly and I can understand that. I'm not minimizing what he did, I can appreciate the difficult position that he put himself in.
EXACTLY  it is his fault, but don't invite him there under the premise of announcing his new music, then drag him back for some old news.
He needs to evalate what kind of career he wants - if he wants to be a hood hero and just play to a certain demographic - sell a certain number of albums sell out some shows and twitter little remarks so folks know he is still down - then he can keep it 100 and he is good

But he has always had aspiration of being a crossover artist - appearing in films and having a diverse portfolio - and his coming off this way especially with a respected black journalist then he is limiting his career options and if he wants to say fuck it - then fuck it
I agree with this.....kinda...Even right after he beat Rihanna's ass, these little teenage girls were supporting him and buying his music. So if he wants to stay a teenage girl kind of entertainer, he can do what he wants. If he wants to go to an adult singer and get into TV & movies, he's gotta get control of himself and act like an adult.
Chris Brown is about to get his ***** wake up call. He is not Mel Gibson or Charlie Sheen. America dont want to forgive his black ass for nothing. This brother needs to realize whats going on....
white America will never forgive him, but for the most part black people have :dunno: I thiink he is a monster for what he did to Rihanna and I also believe that he will beat a woman again. But until he does, he should stay under the radar and get his anger under control. The thing is that he has enough fans and yesman that he doesn't HAVE to or NEED to....
^^^this

But it would have been funny if Robin Roberts had asked if he ever reconsidered intentionally leaking those nekkid photos of his pencil sized penis that got more laughs than interest in the new album.

his dick was definitely NOT a pencil dick....that shit was NIIIIIIICE!!! but what the hell were YOU looking at it for?

I made an observation about all of this.

It's obvious that reading about the things on which I base my observations on are way above your head.

And most of us here know you starve for attention.
Because you're definitely not getting it from the WHITE men you continue to involve yourself with.

And reading's not fundamental with you.
Because I also put Brown at fault with my post.

So start with these...

Work your way from there.
Then come back to me with something coherent.

No matter how many times the question was asked of him all it would have

taken was the response that "he is still very sorry for the incident and he

wishes Rihanna the best", instead the moron reacted like physically showing that

he's indeed a jackass. His supporters should be proud though afterall

he showed them who's the boss.

Chris Brown should have left that skinny Island bitch when she put hands on him in Europe. None of this would have happened. :smh: :smh: :smh:

Next time she put hands on him all this shit happened and he can't escape it. :smh: :smh: :smh:

BEST RESPONSE IN THIS THREAD. Chris Brown should hire you....shit if I was him, I would use that same response anytime somebody mentioned the name Rihanna :roflmao: Nice post

But BGOLers & other morons would hate on him for being a "punk" like they did when Puff Daddy wished jennifer Lopez the best....:smh:

So we all gonna act like we don't see that abuse on his head? :smh::confused:

He's a young nigga bitch. He can deal with it. Take ya tit out his mouth stop mothering that angry hood nigga. Its about personal responsibility again he needs to deal with the aftermath of his actions. Niggas want the money, ghetto hoes and flashy shit but they don't want to deal with the pain of life. He was raised by a single mother you can tell that. He's like half these young nigga hoes I fly by. If they cannot get their way they cry and pout. MAN UP! ITS TOO MANY GROWN BOYS OUT HERE DISPLAYING GROWN BOY BEHAVIOR.
I think MSK was referring to the bleached blond atrocity dude is sporting on his dome.

When Bad Behavior Pays - The Difference between Sheen and Brown

Here's one little fact Chris Brown seemed to have forgotten while blowing off steam on Twitter this morning, after a Good Morning America (GMA) interview in New York went awry. He's no Charlie Sheen.

And by that, I mean Brown isn't part and parcel of a multibillion enterprise, i.e., a highly-rated mainstream sitcom that feeds a number of personal and corporate coffers. Charlie Sheen's possible re-admittance back into the CBS/Viacom fold - getting his job back, is all about money.

Both Sheen and Brown have been convicted in the court of public opinion. Bad behavior is after all, bad. Money, infamy nor misplaced delusions of grandeur are acceptable excuses for actions that make it okay to continually abuse other people. Typically the very people who care for you, pray for you and at the end of the day, love you.
CSheen.jpg

Whatever drives these men, it's clear there's much work to be done. A lot of soul searching, slaying of demons, anger management, intense work with a therapist, the proper balance of medication and perhaps maybe, the biggest action of all - forgiving thyself.

Yeah, money might be driving the Charlie Sheen train, but his continued bad behavior isn't something Chris Brown should aspire to. Brown should be looking at a bigger payoff - self respect.

Just heard about this...

Chris could and should have handled it better. He did not have to explode right there. He could have left the location and had his "blow up" somewhere else. Now it is a bigger story. :smh:

Having said that, GMA and Robin Roberts are fucking assholes. He clearly did not want to talk about this issue. He deflected the question the first time. Can't she take a fucking hint??? She had to bring it up again. Furthermore, the incident is 2 years old. He did his time, and everyone has moved on. He is making good music and trying to move on. Why bring old shit up? It is the same shit they tried with Kanye bringing old shit up. :smh:

Robin Roberts is a real bitch for what she did. The kid let her know twice that he wasn't trying to go there and she couldn't let it go. Hopefully Chris leaves these types of media outlets alone and stays with his real fan base.

Thats some shit I would expect from a cac, not a black woman:smh:

EXACTLY. Fuck him. He fucked up. He has to answer to it. And instead of answering to it he actually goes INTO a rage and shows everybody he really has a anger problem. This nigga here.....somebody in his camp is not doing him any favors. I know his mom use to be around a lot she probably still is and just letting him to do what the hell he wants. He consistently keeps fucking up but people forgive him because his music is so much better this time around compared to last. Then he does something like this. I hope this is just some rumor he said, she said type shit. I don't believe Chris is this stupid.

he should have went to JAIL. then got some coaching from michael vick and his people I will never forget when he was acting a fool on PUNK'D

Certified bitch nigga. She did her job man up and get with the program.

Look here dude, again, maybe you refer to your father or other members of your bitch ass fucking family as the "N" word, but please refrain from using that word towards me. It's disrespectful!!!

Agreed she did her job, but doesn't she and GMA know when to move on? Breezy made it worst on himself by his idiotic blow up, and the tweet he sent after did not help either. He has bad handlers/management, and he should have been coached on how to handle questions relating to the incident. The kid needs better management, and possibly help for his other issues. Why the fuck did he have to create more of a scene around the Rihanna issue? He should know that no matter what he does for the rest of his life, this issue will always come up. He needs to be better prepared. :smh:

All he has done is provide his haters more ammunition against him. Stupid kid. And I was just giving him praise for his good music he has been releasing. :smh:

put that kid on ignore. the adults are talking

I agree w/ this somewhat...I dont know if it was the interviewer's intent to make him upset. But when ever he sits down w/ an interviewer he runs the risk of getting asked about the Rhianna situation. His acting out is what the MEDIA wanted-thus giving them something to talk about. But did this really happen?
he fell for the trap and the interviewer got what she wanted

If this is indeed true...He needs to man up and get some help like anger management/control. Never let a mutha phucka see you sweat. You just getting back to making dollars. Smile at them jokers when they ask about Rhianna. Say some I wish you well shit and move on, then you'll be winning on 2 different levels.

This cat has been killing the mixtape scene for the past two years. Hell, half of his new album is that very same material. Just because it's new heat for you doesn't actually make it new. They would not play his shit, but not because it lacked quality.

A hit is very forgiving... they're playing him again now.

Also, at a certain point, asking someone something, that's been asked a thousand times, makes the person asking look stupid. For example, if someone asked Willie Nelson about his tax problems they'd be making themselves look stupid. Make no mistake about it... CB was at that point. A few more main stream interviews and questions about Rihanna and he woulda been done, but now he's not.

Mind you this cat can still come out of this, his trajectory is positive and he has momentum. He just needs to keep his head and he'll quite possibly be fine.

He is going to have to realize that this is going to be with him for the rest of his life, he is gonna get these questions all the time. His management team or publicist should know these questions are coming and should have him properly prepared to answer them at all times. He has never really been that candid about what happened. Look at Mike Vicks situation, he has been open and honest about what he did and took full responsibility for his actions, Chris Brown needs to do the same.
