I think a lot of times we're left scratching our heads wondering why some people get banned for the smallest of infractions, whereas others on here continue to run wild with their borderline, and sometimes blatantly "over the line" postings, and suffer zero consequences.
I bitch all the time about this, but we are paying for a membership here. I don't care if it's .01 or $1000 annually, we're paying. I just think we deserve more responsiveness from management when we ask legitimate questions about how/why things are done. We can't even get a straight answer on the server issues.
