yes, they are very different.
examples:
1. walk up to a black woman and speak, and you either get the hand, a "nigga please" look or a "whatever" look... unless she finds you attractive. nothing wrong with that... just how it is. walk-up to a white gal and speak, and she's scared about 10% of the time, but 90% of the time, they start talking and can't shut-up.
