Pacman's problems seem to always start in a club. Shooting & 11 million dollar judgment, bouncer incident, all club related. I know a lot of these college sports programs are offering counseling to help new recruits but for some folk, the only answer is to keep them out of the clubs/parties.

That's only a racist stereotype used to slander black people. The Columbine shooters and Ethan Crumbley had both parents, like most school shooters. Darius Miles shooting his girlfriend wasn't a black thing, it's a controlling male thing, and the mindset that his partner is his property.
Rest in peace to that young woman and condolences to her family. Whoever killed her deserves life in prison.
Not sure about the laws in Alabama, but in some states like Texas, if you're involved in the crime, you face the same penalty as if you committed the crime yourself. This includes the death penalty.
